“PC Cooling (updated 6th November)”

“I bought a CPU Cooler and case fan from quietpc.com, their pre-sales advice was excellent, as was the speed of delivery. I had a bit of an issue with the CPU Coolers heatsink fouling the RAM memory cards, but once again Simon was always happy to provide advice and support. I am considering a new PC this year and will certainly be speaking to these guys first.

I left the above review in February and its now November. I did decide eventually to buy a new PC and went to Quiet PC for it. I’m glad I did, as once it was delivered I had a minor issue with a noisy optical drive, but a MAJOR issue caused by me downloading a virus ! My brand new and expensive PC was pretty much unusable after only 2 days.

I contacted Quiet PC and explained the situation and was pleasantly surprised when they readily agreed to uplift it, sort out the optical drive, wipe the drives, reinstall Windows 7, fully test the PC to make sure it was 100% again and finally deliver it back to me again, all free of charge.

Quite simply, if you’re looking for a PC company that puts Customer Service ahead of making a quick profit, then look no further than Quiet PC.”
